I was hired as a contractor to work on the Retail side for both Web & Mobile. This required me to understand GCC banking market, FinTech, current issues in flows, improving UX, managing large scale design systems, working on mobile & Web Platforms, Preparing dev hand offs & becoming a bridge between business & tech team.

Customer journeys were not refined. Extensive forms were provided to customers to achieve basic goals
Form Mixpanel & data from research it suggested that 31% users would bounce back & wew not able to onboard.
There was a need to make mobile & web experience similar to some extend that we achieve design patterns that would not bring huge cognitive load for users who shift between the platforms.
Previous designs were in sketch & design systems were not in place. Version history was managed bt abstract.
Having Abstract running to store sketch history and versions was time consuming.
Different design system for Android & iOS was required.
Android & iOS experience was mixed both experiences were identical iOS Guidelines & Material libraries were not introduced.
Native components of these platforms were not used.
Need of usability testing and being iterative was highly required.
